Becoming pregnant and having a baby is a huge life    changing event, which can be both exciting and scary. 

You may experience many different feelings  - happy, sad, tired or elated. 

There is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way to feel. 

You may feel overwhelmed and anxious.

With the coronavirus pandemic, you may be feeling even more worried and anxious than usual.
