Once for Wales

The Once for Wales Concerns Management System Programme was developed from the recommendations made by Keith Evans in the Welsh Government report – “The Gift of Complaints” and is aimed at bringing consistency to the use of the electronic tools used by all NHS Wales health bodies. The Association of Directors of Social Services
