The Association of Directors of Social Services (ADSS) Cymru is the voice of the professional and strategic leadership of social care services in Wales. We represent the collective view of all twenty-two local authorities social services departments across Wales, and deliver positive outcomes for our communities by informing and influencing legislation, policies and practices in the social care sector.

Hospice of the Valleys

Hospice of the Valleys cares for people living in Blaenau Gwent whose illnesses are no longer curable.  We aim to care for and support people in the place of their choice, whether it is in their own homes, supported by our Hospice at Home and Community Teams, in our Out-Patient Clinic, or in the local Hospitals.

Hospice UK is the national charity for hospice and end of life care. We work to ensure everyone affected by death, dying and bereavement gets the care and support they need, when they need it.

Learning Disability Wales

The national charity that works with people with a learning disability and their families, Welsh government, local authorities, disabled people’s organisations and the voluntary sector so we can create a better Wales for all people with a learning disability.

Marie Curie is the UK’s leading end of life charity. We provide frontline nursing and hospice care, a free support line and a wealth of information and support on all aspects of dying, death and bereavement.

Nightingale House Hospice

To provide excellent, personalised, and compassionate care for those living with a progressive and/or life limiting illness in our community and support for their families and loved ones.

Once for Wales

The Once for Wales Concerns Management System Programme was developed from the recommendations made by Keith Evans in the Welsh Government report – “The Gift of Complaints” and is aimed at bringing consistency to the use of the electronic tools used by all NHS Wales health bodies. St Kentigern Hospice

A North Wales charity providing specialist palliative & end of life care to patients. Our clinical services are completely free of charge to patients and their families across our catchment area of Denbighshire, West Flintshire and East Conwy.

St Michael's Hospice - Hereford

We provide Inpatient services, hospice day care and support for patients in a range of settings, including their homes.
