The Awards showcase how innovative ideas for change can make a significant difference to the patients who need care, the organisations who provide care, and the health and care system as a whole. It is an opportunity to showcase hardworking and inspiring teams working together, striving to improve healthcare practices and patient care across Wales.
The judges were once again amazed with the calibre of entries and found shortlisting incredibly difficult. One judge commented, “It has been truly inspiring to read so many fantastic entries by teams and organisations across our NHS in Wales. It is a privilege to take time to shortlist the projects and to see the details of how improvements are being made to the care we provide for our all our service users.”
