Improvement Cymru Executive Team changes

John Boulton, National Director of NHS Quality Improvement and Patient Safety/Director Improvement Cymru, will be leaving Improvement Cymru in March 2024 to pursue his next career challenge.

John Boulton said, “It’s been a huge privilege to work alongside so many talented people over the last five and a half years here. I’m really proud of what Improvement Cymru has achieved on a national level and confident the team together with wider NHS colleagues will continue to make a meaningful impact on services across Wales”.

John will continue to lead the Improvement Cymru directorate up until 31 March 2024 and current work by the wider team will continue as planned.
