The Q Exchange is a collaborative funding programme, supported by the Health Foundation and NHS England. It offers Q members from across the UK an opportunity to develop project ideas and submit bids for up to £40,000 of funding. This year’s theme focuses on how we can improve across system boundaries.
We’re delighted that three Welsh-based projects are included in the impressive line-up of ideas.
Developing a specialist Adult ADHD service for Cardiff and Vale
This project aims to establish a standardised pathway for assessment and diagnosis of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in adults, with the aim of improving access to specialist ADHD services for those who need it.
Value tracker to enable patient-centred value-based and sustainable care
This project aims to develop a comprehensive data overview of the person at the centre of healthcare, with the aim of evaluating and measuring the value and sustainability of services.
Further Together: Improving care though a new kind of partnership
This project aims to address deprivation in South Wales valleys through working in partnership to shift NHS resources into communities.
Q members can review the full shortlist and decide which projects will receive their five votes on Q’s website.
Voting opens on Wednesday 29 May and runs until 12 June.
The 20 ideas with the highest number of votes will be selected for funding.
If you have any questions about Q Exchange or the vote, contact the team at QExchange@health.org.uk.
