RCN Wales

The Royal College of Nursing in Wales (RCN Wales) is the largest nursing union and professional body in the country, representing nurses, midwives, health care support workers and nursing students.

RCN Wales works with its members to: campaign on issues of concern to nursing staff and patients, including better pay and terms and conditions; promote excellence in nursing practice; and influence health policy in Wales.
