This course is designed for improvement leaders who want to lead change in health and care settings, or for those seeking additional expertise in quality improvement.
The Improvement Advisor course – Scottish Improvement Leader (ScIL) will help you design, develop and lead improvement projects that align with organisational priorities and national programmes. You will build on your previous quality improvement knowledge and learn how to generate support and provide advice for improvement. The course is a 12-month programme that combines classroom, online and self-directed learning. You will also apply the theory to practice by undertaking your own improvement project throughout the course.
