Improvement Cymru empower, embed and elevate improvement across NHS Wales
- Empower - We work with leaders to support them to create conditions for improvement to flourish across teams, organisations and the system as a whole.
- Embed - We work with improvers to build capability by offering support, training and coaching on tailored improvement methods based on research and best practice.
- Elevate - We champion, share and scale improvements across NHS Wales, to connect, unify and galvanise the improvement community. This community delivers improvements to patient safety which also result in cost savings for the NHS.

- NHS executives and senior managers – to support them to create the space and environment for improvement culture to thrive within organisations.
- Improvement leads – to lead and inspire a united approach to improvement with support tailored to organisational need.
- The wider NHS workforce – to embed improvement methods, giving staff the tools they need to improve what they and their teams deliver.
- Welsh Government – as part of the NHS Wales Executive, we work in partnership with and on behalf of the Welsh Government.
