The British Liver Trust is the largest UK liver charity for adults and leads the fight against liver disease and liver cancer. The charity reaches over a million people each year, raising awareness of the risk factors of liver disease and providing vital advice to help people improve their liver health.  They provide patients with up to date information and support including a free nurse-led helpline and online community.
The Hepatitis C Trust is the national UK charity for hepatitis C with offices in London and Falkirk. It has been operating since 2001. It is a patient-led and patient-run organisation: most of the board, staff, and volunteers have had hepatitis C and have cleared it after treatment.
